Forged Through Inferno

30-Day Return Window

We want you to feel confident and powerful in your gear. If something isn’t right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Tags must still be attached

  • Item must be in its original condition

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or email)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items

  • Clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color:

  1. Email us at forgedthroughinferno@gmail.com

  2. Include your name, order number, and the item you want to exchange

  3. We’ll help you get the right fit

Exchanges are processed as quickly as possible once your item is received and inspected.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • If we made a mistake (wrong size shipped, wrong item, damaged on arrival), we cover the return label.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gear arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Email photos to forgedthroughinferno@gmail.com

  3. We’ll make it right — replacement or refund

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll receive an email notifying you of approval or denial

  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account (processing times vary by bank)

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)

  3. Contact your bank

  4. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at forgedthroughinferno@gmail.com

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours if they have not shipped yet.
Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled — but you may still request a return once it arrives.

Final Sale Items

Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

How to Start a Return

Email us at forgedthroughinferno@gmail.com with:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if damaged/defective)

We’ll respond within 24–48 business hours with next steps.
