SHIPPING POLICY

Forged Through Inferno

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During high-volume periods (new drops, holidays, or restocks), processing may take an additional 2–3 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

United States Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Flat rate: $7.99

  • Free Shipping on orders $100+

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

If you did not receive tracking after 5 business days, please email us at forgedthroughinferno@gmail.com.

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.

If the address is entered incorrectly:

  • Contact us immediately at forgedthroughinferno@gmail.com

  • If your order has not shipped yet, we can update the address

  • If your order has shipped, we are unable to change the destination

  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect/undeliverable addresses can be reshipped at the buyer’s expense

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and tracking shows “delivered,” Forged Through Inferno is no longer responsible for the package.

For lost or stolen packages:

  1. Check around your delivery area

  2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

  3. If you need assistance, email us — we’re happy to help guide you through next steps

We do not offer refunds for lost/stolen packages, but we do everything we can to help resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and the item

  2. Email them to forgedthroughinferno@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

  3. We will assist with a replacement or solution

International Shipping (If Applicable)

If you would like to offer international shipping later, I can build that section.
For now, I will include the default placeholder:

At this time, Forged Through Inferno ships within the United States only.
International shipping may be added in the future.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or changed within 12 hours if they have not yet been processed.

Once an order is fulfilled or shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.
